Simple egg curry.

Hello friends today am going to share a very easy recipe with you. This is the most simplest egg curry you would have ever made. It took less then 30 mins including preparation. I was introduced to this wonderful curry by my friend Priya and Abi.

So lets get started.



  1. 1 medium onion
  2. 3 small sized riped tomatoes
  3. 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 1/2 cup water
  6. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  7. 1 tsp coriander powder
  8. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  10. 1 spring of curry leaves
  11. 3 tbsp oil
  12. Salt as per taste

Method :-

Grind onion and tomatoes into a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan add in the paste saute well till the raw smell goes off. Next add ginger garlic paste and again stir well. Once the mixture leaves oil add in curry leaves and all the spices. Mix all the spices  with the onion tomato mixture. Now add half cup water and close the pan with a lid and let the mixture come to a boil. By that time break 3 eggs in a bowl. Once  the curry comes to a boil add in the eggs one by one. Close the lid. The eggs will get cooked in the curry. All the spices will enter inside the eggs. After 5-6 minutes check the eggs if they are cooked switch of the flame. Serve hot with steamed rice or any bread of your choice.


Baked Lays Style Herbed Cheese Potato Chips.

Hi friends am really excited to share this recipe with you people. Today I was planning to make curry out of potatoes so popped them in cooker to boil but accidentally they became little mushy. So i was thinking  what to do. So this idea came to my mind why not make chips out of it. The results are before you. They are crispy and crunchy and don’t have a drop of oil.

So here’s the recipe. Hope you all give it a try.



  1. 2 potatoes boiled till they are soft
  2. 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
  3. 2 tbsp curd
  4. 1/2 tsp cream
  5. 1/3 tsp processed cheese
  6. 2 tsp Corn flour
  7. 2 tsp rice flour
  8. 1/4 tsp chili powder
  9. 1/2 tsp salt.


Blend all the ingredients under the list above into a smooth paste.


Preheat the microwave oven convection mode at 180 degrees.

Now in a bake proof dish (preferably nonstick/ or lined with parchment paper) spread a spoon full of the mixture into small Chips.


Now bake them for 10 mins in covection mode 180 c (depends upon your oven heating capacity mine were done in 10 minutes).Tada your chips are ready.


Store in an airtight  container. Use within 2 days.
