Pan Fried Momo with Stir Fried Veggies.

1/2 cup poha

Oil for frying

I made a simple dough of 2 cups maida (you can use atta too) lukewarm water ,salt,1/2 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp baking powder.

Knead it to a soft dough. Keep aside for 1 hour.
Now divide into equal size balls.

Roll all into chapatis brush oil and over lap chapatis one over other by applying oil in each layer.

Now again roll this in to a big rectangle and bake in preheated oven for 2 mins at 180 degree C.

Remove from oven and separate the layers carefully and cut into strips.
Cool and store in Ziploc bag.

Now for filling add in poha to onions along with all spices, chilies and coriander and mint leaves.
Mix well and fill it inside the cone made from phyllo pastry. Now you can either bake it at 180 degree preheated oven for 10 mins or deep fry it in a hot oil till golden brown.15327316_1182990181797071_4167834252018020485_n
