Cheese balls mmmmm yummy. I can have cheese balls any time. I love gooegy texture of cheese balls.Best part they are so easy to make and you hide in almost all veggies that picky eaters don’t like. My lil one is a big fan of cheese balls so what i do is i make them and pop them in fridge. So that whenever she ask i can make it for her.
As its ramdaan i also dedicate this recipe to all my muslim friends. May Allah give you all the happiness you ever wished for. Hope my cheese balls fit in your iftaar menu. so here’s the recipe.

In heavy bottomed pan heat oil and add in garlic and onions and saute till they turn pink. Once pink add in all powdered spices mentioned from 7-10. Saute well and add in carrot, beans and cabbage. Let them cook for a while. Once cooked remove from heat add in lemon juice than add in boiled mashed potatoes. Adjust seasoning and add in chopped coriander and mint leaves. Make small balls of the mixture.Fill in cheese and dip them in cornflour slurry and roll them in bread crumbs. Deep fry them in hot oil till they turn crispy. Serve hot with dip of your choice. Enjoy.
You can make this well in advance and place them in zip lock bag and fry them as and when needed.
You can add all the veggies of your choice except the slimy onces.
